Circle of Interest Fare: $450 per person

Since its inception in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu has been dedicated to preserving and passing on the mastery and appreciation of the culinary arts. Not only have Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Le Cordon Bleu partnered to offer Signatures, the first and only permanent Le Cordon Bleu restaurants at sea, but they have also created Le Cordon Bleu Workshops. These workshops of limited guests, along with an onshore culinary experience, comprise the Le Cordon Bleu Circle of Interest.

Le Cordon Bleu chefs will provide a hands-on introduction to the art of French cooking. A chef will accompany guests for a Market visit ashore, where he will choose the best local delicacies and use them in the preparation of a delicious meal. Graduates will receive their own chef's apron and hat, a tea towel, a special Le Cordon Bleu cookbookof classic recipes, and a certificate of participation.

This Circle of interest is a limited, exclusive program and must be pre-purchased. It is not included in the regular tour program.
